南相美,柳承龍在首爾求學的女大學生康喜真（南相美 飾）每日奔波勞碌，疲憊不堪。這日她接到母親的電話，竟得知妹妹邵真（沈恩京 飾）失蹤，下落不明。她匆匆趕回老家，然而母親執迷不悟，以為只靠虔誠的祈禱邵真就能返回家中。面對母親的麻木，喜真只得報警，但警官泰煥（柳承龍 飾）只將其當作一般的離家出走處理。 不久，一個女子在喜真家的窗前吊頸并墜樓而死。泰煥從死者房間找到一封遺書，其中甚至提到邵真的名字。泰煥無法從喜真母親那里得到任何線索，只得從小區管理員那里探知線索。卻得知邵真竟一曾被鬼附身，整個案件開始朝著詭異的方向發展……

周元,柳海真,李裕英,劉慧英,李俊赫,金英熊1999年釜山的一個小村莊里，女學生恩智（劉慧英飾）被害身亡，她的哥哥張宇（周元飾）也失去了唯一的親人，他決心一定要查出殺害妹妹的兇手。由于一點線索都沒有，張宇不得不借助能預知死亡的少女（李柔英飾）的力量來追查真兇，并在追查的過程中，盯上了小區內平常人緣和口碑都不錯的藥店藥師閔藥局（劉海鎮飾），雖然沒有證據，但是張宇卻認定他就是“那個家伙”，于是開始24小時緊盯著閔藥局 。
