　臺灣三級黑幫寫實片，雖然過了臺灣最輝煌的寫實片浪潮，這部黑幫寫實片即便不是大制作，但已實屬難得，片子并不是以三級作為賣相，而是在合理的橋段安排情色的畫面，總體來說使劇情更加豐滿，有血有肉更有靈魂。劇情大概是阿坤出獄不久，找到小弟小陳，并且謀了一份差事，但因為跟黑幫顧雄一幫人有瓜葛，他的小弟、大哥兩人都相繼死在顧雄的手下。阿坤為了報仇最后血拼黑幫，一場血淋淋的打斗就此開始。
