　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

性格孤僻的農科院研究員支寧（袁泉 飾），在愛情里四處碰壁。在一次文學講座上，她對作家寇逸（耿樂 飾）一見鐘情，從此陷入偏執愛情的她開始悄悄跟在寇逸身后……在偶然的契機下，支寧應寇逸之邀加入一場旅行。本以為是靠近心意的“愛情”之旅，卻沒料到途中變故接踵而至，逐漸成為了一場亡命之行。蹊蹺的命案接連發生，所有人和事都在朝著完全失控的方向狂奔…… 　　以愛之名的潘多拉魔盒已然開啟，當愛意被執念裹挾，人究竟會為了守住所謂的“愛”，突破多少不可逾越的邊界？

　　「他人は地獄だ」は、地方から上京してきたユウが、不気味な入居者が暮らすシェアハウス「方舟」への入居をきっかけに、不可解な出來事が発生するサスペンスホラーだ。ヨンキ氏が描いたスリラー漫畫の舞臺を日本に置き換え、八村はユウ、柳は「方舟」のリーダー的存在のキリシマ、そしてユウの戀人?メグミを岡田が演じる。
