盧奇,傅學(xué)誠(chéng)經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)達(dá)一年的艱苦鏖戰(zhàn)，劉伯承（傅學(xué)誠(chéng) 飾）、鄧小平（盧奇 飾）的大軍成功撕破黃河的缺口，在國(guó)民黨統(tǒng)治區(qū)插入一把寒光畢露的尖刀。但是二野卻突然調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)方向，大有撤回黃河之勢(shì)。蔣介石（孫飛虎 飾）誤認(rèn)為劉鄧疲憊不堪試圖逃跑，遂調(diào)集14萬(wàn)大軍意圖將對(duì)手在黃泛區(qū)徹底殲滅。泥濘坎坷的征途，二野遭受國(guó)軍無(wú)情炮彈的洗禮，被困在黃泛區(qū)不得動(dòng)彈。另一方面，陳賡遲遲找不到渡河方案，戰(zhàn)略反攻的設(shè)想眼看落空，解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)到了生死存亡關(guān)頭。鄧小平果斷建議丟掉包袱，朝向大別山做著最后的挺進(jìn)。以無(wú)數(shù)血肉艱苦換來(lái)的戰(zhàn)果，對(duì)國(guó)家的歷史走向起著決定性的作用……
